Terms and Conditions + Privacy

Terms and Conditions:

  • The client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the Ministry of Health safe sleep guidelines.
  • The client agrees to notify Erin of any unsafe sleep practices, and understands that Erin is not liable for their baby or child’s safety, they are.
  • If the client’s baby or child has any medical conditions or snores, the client agrees to see their GP and have them cleared to begin sleep training.
  • The client agrees to disclose any medical conditions their baby or child has before commencing sleep training with Erin.
  • The client understands that their sleep plan was written for their baby or child only and this, along with any other information provided, should not be shared with anyone else without permission.
  • The client understands that they need to follow their sleep plan and Erin’s recommendations in order to see results.
  • The client understands that teaching their baby or toddler new sleep skills and habits takes consistency and commitment, and they are prepared for this over the 2 week period while working with Erin.
  • The client understands that during the 2-week support period, they need to prioritise their baby or toddler’s sleep and keep other commitments to a minimum.
  • If the client’s baby or child becomes sick during the follow up period, follow up support can be paused for up to 2 weeks. The client understands that any additional support required on top of the initial follow up support period will be charged for.
  • Individual results may vary and results depend on different circumstances which include, but are not limited to, consistency, commitment, personal matters, approach to technique, technique or method chosen, baby or child’s needs, baby or child’s age, severity of the situation, following the plan correctly, communication with Erin, and the parents desire for change.

2 Week Support Period:

  • The client understands they need to fill out their baby or toddlers sleep logs and email them through to Erin at least 1 hour prior to their scheduled phone calls.
  • The client understands they need to be available for a phone call every 2-3 days. Regular feedback form Erin is imperative to the client seeing results.
  • The client understands the text support during the 2-week support period is not guaranteed a response straight away. However, Erin to will aim to respond to text messages as quickly as possible.
  • The client understands Erin will only respond to text messages from Monday – Thursday between the hours of 7.30am – 8.30pm and Friday between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm.

Payment/Refunds:

  • Full payment will be required prior to any phone or in home consult.
  • Cancellations made within more than 7 days prior to the initial consultation will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the initial consultation are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the occurrence of sickness or critical events, Erin will work with the client to reschedule commencement date. The refund conditions above will apply if the client chooses not to go ahead with the sleep training.
  • Sound Little Sleepers reserves the right to alter package prices at any time for any reason.
  • Additional follow up support can be purchased for $100 per week, within 1 month of commencing sleep training.
  • By making their payment to Sound Little Sleepers, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Privacy:

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • name
  • contact information
  • interactions with us

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • write and implement a sleep plan that is individually tailored to you, your family, and your baby or toddler.

Providing the requested information is optional. However, if you choose not to complete your sleep questionnaire in full, we will be unable to commence our sleep support.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at erin@soundlittlesleepers.co.nz.
